What is there to do?
Kattevennen, your ticket to a journey into space!
Kattevennen-Cosmodrome draws the card of 'cosmic adventure'. Cosmodrome, the showpiece of Kattevennen, does everything to make science and astronomy accessible to everyone.
1 ticket = 3 experiences
You get 3 experiences for your ticket to a space journey. In 'The Big Bang', the new permanent exhibition, you go back in time 13.8 billion years to the very beginning of the cosmos. Back then, the concept of time did not even exist. Step by step, you take a journey through evolution, from the Big Bang to the present day. Along the way, a special film experience awaits. The 360° show introduces you to the extraordinary development of our planet. After each show, the Cosmodrome's astronomer takes you on a space adventure through the evening's starry sky.
A visit to the renovated observatory concludes the experience tour. On the 360° automatic rotating platform you can observe the sun in clear weather.
Tip: Every Saturday evening at 8 p.m. (from October to March) you can come and see the starry sky. This activity only takes place when the weather is clear. (€ 3 per person)
