In the case of Ranger reservations, the following cancellation policy applies:
- If cancelled more than 21 calendar days before the date of the activity, no fees will be charged. If you have already paid, you will get a refund.
- In the event of cancellation between 21 and 8 calendar days before the date of the activity, we will charge an administrative fee of 10 euros.
- In case of cancellation within 7 calendar days before the date of the activity, we will charge the full amount.
Inclement weather guarantee:
In the event of extremely bad weather, the activity may either be postponed to a new date by mutual agreement, or you will receive a refund.
Please note that this guarantee is only valid if on the day, before the start of the activity, there was a telephone call with either:
- the ranger organisation +32 (0)89 65 56 51 (weekdays)
- the Ranger (weekends)
Force majeure:
The Ranger organisation reserves the right to cancel activities without being liable for any loss of revenue by third parties. This cancellation is made for the safety of the visitors and takes place only in exceptional circumstances such as: storm, flood, heavy snowfall, government closure of natural areas (epidemic risk, fire risk, etc.).
In case of force majeure, the same rule applies as in case of extremely bad weather.
