Right of renunciation
In accordance with the Belgian Act of 6 April 2010, the consumer has a period of at least 14 calendar days in which to withdraw from the contract, without payment of any penalty and without giving any reason. In the case of goods, that period shall run from the day following delivery to the consumer, if all the obligations have been fulfilled. For services, this period starts the day after the conclusion of the contract, when all obligations have been met. Where the company has not met all its obligations, the withdrawal period shall be three months. In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised, the company is obliged to reimburse the amounts paid by the consumer, free of charge.
Cancellation terms
When booking a Ranger, the following cancellation policy applies:
In case of cancellation more than 21 calendar days before the date of the activity, no fees will be charged. If you have already paid, you will be refunded.
In the event of cancellation between 21 and 8 calendar days before the date of the activity, we will charge an administrative fee of 10 euros. If you have already paid, we will refund you the balance.
In case of cancellation within 7 calendar days before the date of the activity, we will charge the full amount.
Inclement weather warranty
In the event of extremely bad weather, the activity can either be postponed to a new, mutually-convenient date, or you will receive a refund. Please note that this guarantee is only valid if on the day itself, before the start of the activity, there was telephone consultation with:

the Ranger (at weekends)
Force majeure
The Regionaal Landschap Kempen en Maasland vzw reserves the right to cancel activities without being liable for any loss of income by third parties. This cancellation is made with the safety of the visitors in mind and takes place only in exceptional circumstances such as: storms, floods, heavy snowfall, closure of natural areas by the government (epidemic risk, fire risk, etc.). In case of force majeure, the same rule applies as in case of extremely inclement weather.
